Britaney Spears ex- Jason alexander to remain in jail under trial
Jason is been charged for for attempting to crash the pop icon’s wedding to Sam Asghari
Alexander’s public defender argued that the felony stalking count against his client should be lessened to a misdemeanor
He will be continue to be detained in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Alexander wasn't there to hurt Britney, but there wasn't enough proof of that.
The judge, however, disagreed and decided to hold the Louisiana native on one count of felony stalking with a prior and a special enhancement that he was on probation or parole, and three misdemeanor counts of trespassing, vandalism and battery.
Alexander also faces a special enhancement charge because he allegedly committed a crime while he was already on probation for an unrelated case out of Tennessee.
Alexander, who appeared in court on Monday, pleaded not guilty to all the charges and denied the special enhancement allegation.
